Result name

Native phase uses each source's complex S value exactly as stored in the file. Arithmetic is performed in linear S, then displayed in dB.

6. Export

Source/result Derived .s2p: set S12 = S21

The exported .s2p is a matched derived 2-port: the selected S_mn trace is mapped to S21. S11/S22 are zero; S12 is either equal to S21 or zero.

App notes

Touchstone files are read locally in the browser for loading and plotting. When Create result is used, only the selected numeric S-parameter traces are sent to the same-origin protected calculation core; the original Touchstone file text is not stored by this app. Click a plotted magnitude trace to add up to 64 markers; edit its MHz/GHz value in the plot box to move it, or double-click the box to remove it. Supported data encodings: RI, MA and DB. Full matrices are supported; Touchstone 2.x Lower/Upper symmetric matrices are also decoded for the selected S_mn. Mixed-mode conversion and non-S network parameters are intentionally rejected.
