: place multiple start/stop markers at
1 ms
resolution. Use

(removed). The output is the complement (“kept” segments) stitched together.

Notes:
Fast mode
uses stream copy (where possible) and may cut only on keyframes. Accurate mode re-encodes for precise cuts.
Very large videos may exceed browser memory; if that happens, use shorter clips or lower quality output.
